Vintage Delco Disc Brake Service Lighted Sign NOS Advertising Display 1970s GM

  
Here is a rare NOS in-the-box Delco Disc Brake Service light-up advertising display sign. It was stored in the warehouse of a local AC Delco parts distributor for nearly 50 years. The boxes in this lot had 1972 dates on them. This item was sealed in the box until I removed it recently. Its 22" wide and 22" tall, and approx. 3" deep is constructed of thin plastic that's probably 1/16" thick, and the rear is made from thin cardboard (4 deep). The lettering and logo are embossed into the plastic i. This came with a long metal chain so it can be hung up.

Lights up with a standard 40w household bulb. Used signs that were put on display probably yellowed and broke over time. This is new in the box.

There is some separation in the corners (see photos) which may be from shrinking over time, and just some slight yellowing around the edges.
