I do not have room for this painting and need to sell it. It is an original oil painting on canvas and is beautifully framed in an ornate gold frame and ready to hang and signed in the lower right corner by the artist. The painting depicts a mountain and lake landscape with trees, light blue cloudy sky and a wood cabin or house nestled on the shoreline. The painting and the frame appears to be in great shape. The outside of the frame measures about 25 x 22 inches, and the frame opening measures about 19.5 x 15.5 inches.
