Noel Rockmore Painting Signed & dated 56. 33 x 15 1/4 inches. A couple of issues to point out. There is something white at the bottom than looks like it can be cleaned off(I didn't want to try). There are a couple of spots on the man's arm where perhaps paint has come off.
