THIS SIGN WAS IN A FIRE AND HAS SEEN SOME HEAT WITH SMALL BUBBLES IN THE PAINT BUT THE PAINT IS INTACT AND WOULD NOT FLAKE OFF IF TOUCHED. TYHE COLORS ARE GREAT AND IT DISPLAYS VERY NICELY!
