LEE FRAMED OIL PAINTINGAS ISWOW! This is an antique or vintage signed Framed Oil Painting. The framed painting measures about 16 long by 10 wide and about 3 1/14 deep. The painting set in the frame showning from the front measures about 11 1/4 long by about 5 1/4 wide. The painting appears to be signed T.

Lee on the bottom right corner. The painting depicts a lake? Scene with a small sailboat, a sailing vessel at a pier with buildings on the shore line. The painting has surface cracks and appears to be some spots of missing paint from scratches?

That probably could be touched up. The painting probably would benefit from a good cleaning.

This painting is in a gold gilt frame that has some missing molding on the bottom right corner. There is some missing, scratches and chips of gold gilt on the sides and edges. There are some pale black spots on the front of the of the gold gilt inset frame. The painting is attached to the stretcher with nails and not staples.
